Welcome to my website. I am Stephanie Ross, founder of Forward Momentum Life Coaching. I offer a diverse background of experiences, skills, talents and my dedication to travel with you on the road to relocation.
I believe my life has a purpose and for years, my quest was to discover what that purpose was. Armed with college degrees, life experiences and career successes, I felt I should be able to figure it out on my own. But after striving and stumbling, I decided to hire a Life Coach to help me rediscover my dreams and goals and create my own purpose. Here’s just a little of what I discovered.
I move. A lot! Some moves were relocations to advance career opportunities and some were personal decisions to move to a new city or state. I love the adventure of exploring new places and meeting new people. Yet, regardless of my reasons for moving or the miles between locations, the logistics of the move always proved to be daunting. Each move required planning, organization, detail coordination, flexibility, compromise, adjustments, implementation and huge amounts of chocolate. And that doesn’t include the stress, anxiety and emotional turmoil (more chocolate). Even the most organized and well-prepared moves, like the time my company paid for someone to pack up my belongings, to the perfect location, for all the right reasons, led to unexpected emotions. Oh, if only I’d had a life coach during those moves to help me through it. THAT’S IT! The perfect union of my desires and experiences…Relocation Coaching.
As a sales professional and account manager for over 16 years, I asked questions to determine the needs of my clients and provided answers in the form of products and services. As a coach, I am still asking questions, but now the focus is to work together with my clients to help them find their own answers to reach their desired outcomes, discover their inner strengths and find a place of comfort and peace.
Like the name, Forward Momentum, my life, interests, passions, dreams and company are always moving forward. My company will continue to evolve and grow to meet the needs of my clients. And who knows, I may decide to move again in the future.
