SERVICES
480-766-2884Coaching is an investment in yourself and therefore, requires a commitment of time, energy, work and money. I recommend committing to at least a 3 month coaching program as this is generally the amount of time it takes to create lasting change and accomplish your goals. Your needs are my primary concern and am happy to discuss any custom or group programs to achieve your goals.
Most coaching is done over the telephone. Although many people initially think they would prefer face-to-face coaching, after a few sessions most discover that coaching over the phone is more efficient with less distractions and realize that more can be accomplished in the time we have together. If you reside in the Phoenix area, in-person sessions can be arranged.
- “Getting to Know You” intake: $150
- 1 ½-2 hour session to review the welcome packet, questionnaire, procedures and most importantly discuss your specific challenges, visions and goals - This session is highly recommended prior to starting any of my coaching programs.
- Coaching Sessions:
- 50-minute coaching sessions
- 1-2 sessions: $90 each
- 3+ sessions: $75 each
- Occasional 10-15 minute phone calls, not to exceed one per week
- Occasional emails, not to exceed two per week (I will respond within 24 hours)
- Exercises, assessments, tools and reading materials as appropriate
